"Stopped by Bruegger's this morning and the…"
Stopped by Bruegger's this morning and the staff were really nice. The line was sorta moving slow, but they kept smiling and chatting with everyone, which made it feel relaxed. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The person at the counter helped me pick a bagel and even joked around a little while packing it up. Just a good, easy stop that made my morning a bit better.

"Fresh coffee that hits the spot"
I’ve had their coffee a few times now, and it’s always been hot and fresh without that burnt taste some places have. I also really like their iced drinks when I’m in the mood for something cold. Ordering is easy, and it pretty much always hits the spot for me.

"Fresh Today, But Not Amazing"
It was fresh enough today, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it didn’t exactly wow me either. It was fine, but I’ve definitely had better, and I’d probably notice quickly if the quality slipped even a little.

"Pretty decent breakfast pickup, but the site could be better"
I ordered breakfast online, and overall it worked out fine. I’ll admit I’m a little picky about online ordering, so the site feeling slow annoyed me more than it probably should have. The pickup time also wasn’t super clear, which made me second-guess when to show up. That said, the food was ready when I got there, so no real complaints there. Not a bad experience at all, just feels like it could be a bit smoother

"Really Good Bagels, Just Wish the Schmear Was More Even"
I order from Bruegger's every now and then, mostly when I’m craving bagels and schmear. The cream cheese always tastes fresh, and the flavor is really good, especially the veggie one. My only little complaint is that sometimes they don’t put quite enough on, or it’s spread kind of unevenly. It still tastes great though, and I’d definitely order again.

I’ve been to a few different locations, and the bagels always taste the same in a good way. It’s nice knowing what to expect each time. If you’re nearby and want a reliable bagel spot, I’d say it’s worth stopping in.

"Rewards are actually not bad"
I wasn’t really expecting much from Bruegger’s rewards, but I’ve ended up using it often for bagels and coffee. The points do add up quicker than I thought, and the app is usually easy enough to deal with. I did have one reward not show up right away, which was annoying, but it eventually fixed itself. So yeah, I guess I have to admit it’s a decent rewards program. 4 stars.

"I don’t have much patience for circling..."
I don’t have much patience for circling around looking for a spot, so I was glad parking was easy. Ran in, grabbed bagels, and got out quick.

"Quick and Reliable Stop Before Work"
I stopped in before work and was glad the line moved as quickly as it did. My bagel was ready within a few minutes, which I really appreciated on a busy morning. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but it was solid overall, and I’d feel comfortable coming back when I need something quick and dependable.

"Decent Food, But the Place Felt a Bit Messy"
The food was fine overall, nothing really to complain about there. The staff was friendly and nice, which I appreciated. But when I walked in, the store just felt a little messy. Some of the tables had crumbs on them, and the floor looked like it could’ve used a quick sweep. I think if the place felt cleaner, the whole experience would’ve been a lot better. I left feeling kind of mixed about it

"Hours are usually on point"
I mostly use brueggers.com to check the store hours before I head out, it’s been solid for me.

There was one time the shop near me closed a bit earlier than what it said online, which was kinda annoying, but eh, not the end of the world.

Most of the time the hours line up and it saves me from having to call, so yeah, I’d give it 4 stars

"I was kind of worried I’d get fooled…"
I was kind of worried I’d get fooled by the nice packaging or good reviews, and unfortunately that’s pretty much how it felt. The flavor was really bland and didn’t have much going on at all. I kept expecting it to taste better, but it just never did.

"Solid lunch when I don’t want to overthink it"
I’ve ordered from brueggers a few times now, mostly when I’m trying to grab something easy, and it’s been reliable. The bagels have tasted fresh each time, and they actually put a decent amount of filling on the sandwiches, which I appreciate. The turkey one I got was flavorful and somehow didn’t turn into a soggy mess, even after everything with the order timing. Nothing fancy, but that’s kind of the point. It’s a good lunch option when I don’t feel like making a whole decision out of it.

The bagels were fine... nothing amazing, but definitely okay!! The staff just seemed kind of rushed, and they weren’t super friendly?? Not rude or anything, just didn’t come across very professional either...

"Good food, but delivery feels a bit hit or miss"
My pickup orders are usually ready when I get there, so no real complaints there. Delivery, though, has been late twice now, and I just get the feeling it’s not always the most reliable option. The food was still okay when it arrived, so I’d probably stick with pickup next time
